Don't stress!
First, please attempt to log into your account and locate your tickets, they will be sitting under 'My Tickets.'
If you still are unable to locate your tickets, don't worry - there is a box office/support desk located at the event. Please proceed there so that we may either reprint or resend you your tickets.
If the event doesn't have a box office or support desk, we can manually scan in your tickets using our scanners at the point of entry. Please assist us by keeping the email address and the purchaser's full name you used to buy your tickets close by so we can speed up the scanning process!
