You will have to find someone to resell your ticket to if you're unable to attend. You can safely resell your ticket to someone else via our platform. If you change your mind, you can also cancel the sale any time before the person has paid.

How it works

Enter the email of the person who wants to buy your ticket to send them a payment request. Once they have purchased this ticket, you will receive a refund (minus any fees), and your old ticket will no longer be valid. If you do not wish to resell your ticket and just want to rename it, most of the time you will be able to do this. Please see our naming FAQs for more info.
