Reselling your ticket to someone else is an option for certain events, the promoter decides whether or not they want to enable resales. The reseller fees are also determined by the promoter for both sellers and buyers.
You can only resell tickets that you have purchased online. You won't be allowed to resell tickets you've purchased from a box office or any complimentary ticket that you have been given.
